FAULTY ITEMS

Our products are manufactured and inspected to the highest standards. If however, you have concerns that a product is faulty, please return this to us, detailing the problem. Once inspected by our UK factory team, any faulty products will be given a full refund or replacement inclusive of postal fees.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Should you need to cancel your order for any reason, you may do so at any time prior to the good being despatched. At any time after the goods have been sent, these would be treated as a return, see our returns policy for more details.
